How buyers, sellers, Shopify merchants, and reviewers can contact Various Archives support.

Contact

For any inquiry, email contact@various-archives.com. We aim to reply within two business days.

For urgent technical or merchant issues, include your store name, myshopify domain, affected URL, screenshots where useful, and a short description of what happened.

For Buyers

Purchases are completed directly on each seller's Shopify store. For questions about a specific order, shipping, sizing, returns, refunds, or product condition, the seller is your first point of contact.

If the seller does not respond or you cannot resolve an issue with them, contact Various Archives and we will help review the issue.

For Sellers and Shopify Merchants

We assist merchants using Various Archives Connector with onboarding, account connection, product sync, product publication, eligibility or rejection feedback, Shopify Billing, commission questions, refund or cancellation adjustments, and disconnection.

To disconnect, open Various Archives Connector in Shopify admin, go to Settings, and select Disconnect. You can reconnect later by approving the app again.

Billing and Commission Support

Various Archives Connector uses Shopify Billing for usage-based commission. If you believe a commission, refund credit, or billing adjustment is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the charge and include the Shopify order number and relevant details.

Privacy and Data Requests

To request access, correction, or deletion of personal data held by Various Archives, email contact@various-archives.com. Shopify merchants can also route buyer privacy requests through Shopify's standard privacy request flow.
